All orders destined for the United States ship out of our warehouses in Salt Lake City, Utah and Knoxville, TN. Orders destined for the UK/EU ship out of our warehouse in Dorset, United Kingdom.

**Shipping Options**

We offer basic ground shipping through UPS on all domestic orders.

**Shipping within the United States**

*   Free shipping via UPS Ground on all orders over $50.
*   $9 per item for shipping via UPS Ground on orders less than $50.

**Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii**

*   Shipping cost based on product(s) purchased and desired speed, as shown at checkout.

**Shipping Internationally**

*   Free shipping via Parcel Force for orders in the UK, and via DPD or FedEx for orders in the EU.

Express shipping to Canada and throughout the EU is unavailable, as we are unable to predict or control border delays at this time.

When your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an automated shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number with your designated carrier. Click the tracking number for an update from the carrier, however please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the email for information to become available.
